missingWrote a review on Nov 21hot waterblow dryer
Casa Herrmann Suites is undoubtedly the place to be disappointed! For starters, the hot water was, quite literally, a no-show for two entire days. Also, I couldn't fathom a hotel without a blow dryer and at $160 a night! And how could they not offer a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience? I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Charming decor and beautifully maintained common areas.
The digital room key system was unreliable. Each time, I needed staff assistance to access my room, which was frustrating. Additionally, the heating didn't work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably chilly at night.

The modern design and comfy layout of my studio made it a breeze to settle in. The lovely garden-like atrium was a nice touch. I especially loved hanging out by the rooftop pool and taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool after a long day. The washing machine usage fee was a bit steep, but it didn’t put a damper on my relaxing stay. 🌞

Comfortable Stay with Family, but Room Service Needs Improvement
Our family stayed for five nights and enjoyed the proximity to local attractions. The staff were generally friendly, but we faced delays in room service—so ask for towels right away! Despite the hiccups, the cozy Family Studio provided a nice base for our adventures.

Recommended for families who want space
The room was huge and the air conditioning worked great , which was a lifesaver after walking all day in the heat. I was even more thrilled seeing my friends struggle at the nearby hotel, they were unhappy about everything and sweating like crazy while I was chilling in my spacious room.
It wasn’t cheap , but for what I got, it was totally acceptable.
